Where is your Flagship located and what are the store hours?

We're located at 319 S. Washington in downtown Royal Oak and our store hours are as followed:
M-Thrs   12-6:30pm
Fri- Sat   12-7pm
Sun         12-4pm

I purchased a product from your online store, can I return it back at the Dirt Label Store?
Unfortunately No, purchases that are made online ship from our warehouse and should be returned back to the warehouse.

I really want to intern for you guys! Where do I apply?

How often do you guys re-stock?
Just depends on the item your interested in, some products are Limited Edition and only available in certain quantities. If a item is re-stock often times we send out a email blast notifying customers, so make sure your on the mailing list.

How long does my order take to arrive?
Due to COVID-19 and high volume, your order might take a little longer to process. But we're working hard to get your items to you. You can expect your package to ship within 7-10 business days. We also implemented health and safety measures in our fulfillment center that in some cases result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. Yes, e-Gift cards are available online

Issue with a Order?
Please feel free to contact us at service@thedirtlabel.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order. We only accept exchanges, no refunds. Once an order is placed were unable to refund it. All sales are final, For exchanges, item(s) must be returned within 7 days.

If you place a order and need to make an adjustments you have up to 24hrs to contact us service@thedirtlabel.com

International Orders 
International Orders can take up to 7-10 Business Days to arrive. Also we are not responsible for any customs fee that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website. As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If I order a Mystery Box, can I return it?
Unfortunately mystery boxes can not be returned for any reason

Tracking Updates?
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update, with our courier sometimes the tracking isn't always up to date.

 We do reserve the right to cancel any order if shopify's payment system suspects fraud.
