I purchased a product from your online store, can I return it back at the Dirt Label Store?
Unfortunately No, purchases that are made online ship from our warehouse and should be returned back to the warehouse.

How often do you guys re-stock?
Just depends on the item your interested in, some products are Limited Edition and only available in certain quantities. If a item is re-stock often times we send out a email blast notifying customers, so make sure your on the mailing list.
How long does my order take to arrive?
You can expect your package to ship within 6-7 business days, sale items or holiday season might be subject to longer ship times. We also implemented health and safety measures in our fulfillment center that in some cases result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.
International Orders can take up to 8-10 Business Days to arrive. Also we are not responsible for any customs fee that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website. As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If I order a Mystery Box, can I return it?

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges may be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page. If you are ordering from outside of the United States or Canada your order may be subject to additional taxes or duties upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and our store will not reimburse for these charges.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update, with our courier sometimes the tracking isn't always up to date.
We do reserve the right to cancel any order if shopify's payment system suspects fraud. Promo codes are not allowed after the order is placed.
