Where is your Flagship located and what are the store hours?
We're located at 319 S. Washington in downtown Royal Oak and our store hours are as followed:

Unfortunately No, purchases that are made online ship from our warehouse and should be returned back to the warehouse.

How often do you guys re-stock?
Just depends on the item your interested in, some products are Limited Edition and only available in certain quantities. If a item is re-stock often times we send out a email blast notifying customers, so make sure your on the mailing list.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Due to COVID-19 and high volume, your order might take a little longer to process. But we're working hard to get your items to you. You can expect your package to ship within 6-7 business days, sale items are subject to longer ship times. We also implemented health and safety measures in our fulfillment center that in some cases result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. Issue with a Order?

All sales are final, For exchanges, item(s) must be returned within 7 days; Items must be in NEW Unworn condition in order to exchange your order .
Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.
International Orders can take up to 8-10 Business Days to arrive. Also we are not responsible for any customs fee that may incur with international orders. The customer is entirely responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship or credit to the website. As mentioned in our return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If I order a Mystery Box, can I return it?
Unfortunately mystery boxes can not be returned for any reason
